Jafari brings a strong combination of healthcare leadership, operational experience, and business expertise to his new role, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes for residents while driving operational excellence and organizational growth.

Jafari brings more than six years of progressive experience across skilled nursing and hospice organizations, with leadership roles spanning business development and operational administration. This diverse experience has given him a strong understanding of the operational, financial, and resident care priorities that drive successful healthcare organizations. In his most recent role as Assistant Administrator, Jafari supported key areas including regulatory compliance, staffing, financial performance, resident care, and census management. His results-driven approach emphasizes operational accountability, team development, sustainable growth, and delivering high-quality outcomes for the residents and families served.

Jafari earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of San Diego’s Knauss School of Business. He has also completed Healthcare Financial Modeling through UC San Diego and earned the Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School, further strengthening his expertise in healthcare finance, business strategy, and organizational leadership.
